At Old School, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our Returns & Refunds Policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unworn, unused, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags and packaging are intact.

  • You provide proof of purchase or your order number.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless faulty).

  • Gift cards.

  • Any item marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

Exchanges

If you require a different size or wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer a store credit or refund where applicable.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To assist with your claim, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the fault or incorrect item

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.
